Key Responsibilities



Outbound Outreach:

Make cold calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.

Consultative Selling:

Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage the sales funnel.

Negotiation & Closing:

Handle objections and close deals to meet monthly targets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and recruitment teams to align strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience



Proven experience in

B2B outbound sales

, telesales, or business development. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with senior decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
