Momentum Sales | Reading, UK (Hybrid) | 27k-32k base + uncapped commission (OTE 40-50k+)



What we do



We build outbound sales systems for creative agencies who've outgrown referrals and want predictable revenue. We're not a lead gen factory - we're a specialised sales team that becomes an extension of our clients' businesses.

We work with a handful of agency clients at a time, helping them book meetings with their ideal prospects. We pride ourselves on the quality opportunities we bring to our clients.

What you'll do



You'll own the full outbound sales cycle for up to 3 client accounts - from first call to booked meeting.

Daily:



Start real conversations with people who should actually care about what our clients offer via cold calls, emails, linkedin, text, lumpy mail etc. Write emails and LinkedIn messages that don't sound like spam (and actually get replies) Qualify well - you're not here to fill calendars with time-wasters Keep your pipeline tight and your clients in the loop

Weekly:



Show us what's working, what's not, and what you're going to do differently Challenge our approach - if you spot a better way to position a client or angle into a market, tell us

The reality:

This isn't spray-and-pray. You're running campaigns like they're your own business. You're thinking strategically about why a prospect would take 30 minutes out of their day, testing different hooks, and actually representing our clients with integrity.

When you hit your stride, you'll book 15-25 meetings a month. Some will convert into 20-50k deals for our clients. There's additional bonuses when our clients land new business from your meetings. That's the game.

What we're looking for



You've done this before:



Cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales experience Consistent track record of hitting targets Can handle rejection without taking it personally Know how to qualify a lead and spot a time-waster

You're technically competent:



Comfortable using CRM systems Write clear, professional emails Keep notes and track activity Prompt, on-time and quick to respond.

You're growth-minded:



Want an opportunity with uncapped commission to earn as much as you can (you get out what you put in) Competitive with yourself, not just others Take feedback well and iterate quickly Care about improving, not just clocking in

You're a real human:



Can have a laugh but take your work seriously Reliable - do what you say you'll do

Nice to have:

Experience selling to agencies/B2B services, based near Reading.
