About the Role



We're looking for a

highly energetic, incentive driven outbound sales specialist

to turbo-charge our diary bookings over the next 8-12 weeks.

This is a

fast-paced, phone-centred role

for someone who thrives on targets, momentum, and turning conversations into confirmed appointments. You'll be firing through warm data, reactivating lapsed patients, and converting strong leads into valuable bookings for our clinics across the UK.

This role is separate from our current inbound and patient care teams. It's a

dedicated outbound performance role

designed to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities



Make high-volume outbound calls

to already warm leads, past patients, enquiries and marketing-generated data

Convert conversations into appointments

with confidence, resilience and professionalism

Hit daily and weekly targets

with a competitive, self-driven mindset

Identify high-value opportunities

and pass strong leads to the Group Sales Manager

Follow call scripts and objection-handling guidance

, while bringing your own flair

Document call outcomes accurately

and maintain clean lead pipelines

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

, even in a high-pressured environment

Bring energy, positivity and urgency
