We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage potential customers effectively. This role involves reaching out to clients, presenting our products or services, and generating leads that contribute to our overall growth. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address any queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Hubspot or similar software.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to enhance product offerings.
Experience
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
