We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients via outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily focusing on existing customers.
Present and promote our products and services effectively, tailoring pitches to meet client needs.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within Salesforce and other software platforms.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the client base.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to enhance communication effectiveness. .
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a persuasive manner.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles will be advantageous but is not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
