We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing members and customers, promoting upgrades to their membership, training courses, products and services.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to members and customers to promote upgrades, training, products or services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using CRM and tracking software software.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions.
Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong ability to engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
Familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Confidence, tenacity, professionalism and a strong work ethic are key for this role.
You will be rewarded with a base salary of 26,500 and an uncapped commission structure, with an OTE of 50,000.
No B2C cold calling on an automatic dialler with incorrect and poor data. All data provided will be from our member, customer and enquiries database. Your job will be to inform them of new products and services, industry changes, available training and upgrades they can make to their membership.
