The Role:
As a Telesales Executive at the
College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)
, you'll play a vital role in helping people start meaningful careers in natural therapies. You'll be responding to warm leads, engaging with prospective students, and guiding them toward enrolling in CNM's life-changing courses in naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and more.

What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our courses
Providing clear, confident information about CNM's educational programmes
Building strong rapport and understanding students' personal goals and motivations
Following up on leads, managing your pipeline, and enrolling students
Meeting and exceeding enrolment targets
What We're Looking For:
Telesales or customer service experience (B2C preferred)
A warm, enthusiastic and confident telephone manner
Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in health and wellness
Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
What's in it for You:
Location: East Grinstead (Head Office) or London (Percy Circus)
OTE: 30,000 - 40,000+ (Uncapped Commission!)
Hours: Mon-Wed & Fri (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM), Thurs (11:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Hybrid: Up to 2 days WFH after 3 months
Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (increasing up to 26 days)
