As one of our Outdoor Activity Centre Managers you'll be responsible for managing the site and ensuring the safe operation of activities for both our customers and team.

Instructor training and recruitment

Team management

Scheduling

Health and safety

Course inspections and maintenance

Customer service

Corporate Events

Building relationships with the support teams

Site administration

Marketing

Budgeting

Commercial development

The safe operation of the site is paramount and we're looking for managers who appreciate this and who can understand, adhere to, and maintain high standards of policy, procedure and practice.

We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate commercial awareness with the ability to see the bigger picture and the drive to grow and improve.

Our work is mainly outdoors in the trees, so not only should candidates like the outdoors but also be environmentally conscious and committed to being a force for good in the community and beyond.
