Job Description

Salary : 26,208 to 29,500 (depending on experience, qualification and Behaviour)

We're looking for passionate Outdoor Education Instructors to join our growing team, delivering meaningful outdoor experiences for young people across schools and children's homes. Through long-term engagement, you'll help build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills - making a real impact every day.

The successful candidate will:

Lead outdoor activities that challenge, engage, and inspire
Support small groups to develop confidence and personal growth
Bring learning to life outside the classroom
Work in a supportive team that values professional growth and shared purpose

Our ideal candidate will have:

Full UK Driving Licence
Mountain Biking
Climbing
Paddle Sports
Walking & Navigation
