Little Bugs Abercorn is a leading, high-performing outdoor nursery set within the beautiful grounds of Hopetoun Estate. We provide high-quality, child-led outdoor learning where wellbeing, play, and nature are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for a fun, motivated, and passionate Outdoor Nursery Practitioner to join our supportive and experienced team.

The Role

Deliver high-quality, child-led outdoor learning in all seasons Support children's wellbeing, curiosity, and development through play Work as part of a reflective, values-led team Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families Embrace learning outwith four walls in a woodland and nature-based environment
This role is primarily full-time, however part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

About You

Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Passionate about outdoor learning, play, and child wellbeing Confident, nurturing, and reflective in practice Enjoy working outdoors in all weathers Committed to high-quality early years practice
Outdoor experience is desirable but not essential -- we value attitude, values, and a genuine love of working with children.

Pay: From 12.61 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 37 per week
