We are looking for a

qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner

who thrives in outdoor environments and delights in creating enriching, child-led learning experiences for 3-5-year-olds.

Who We're Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

- Essential to apply*
A true passion for outdoor learning and the confidence to work in all weathers Strong knowledge of the EYFS and ability to meet Ofsted standards A nurturing, creative, and reflective practitioner Great team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
