Salary: 31,929.23 - 38,850.82 per annum. Dependent on experience and qualifications

Full Time:

37.5 Hours Monday-Saturday, 8:00am-8:30pm (varied day shifts)

3rd December 2025. Interviews will be held at our Head Office in Betteshanger, Deal

Qualifications and Experience

Registered Nurse 1st Level Diploma/Degree Level Experience within the Outpatient Department and in a surgical/medical environment with a knowledge and understanding of surgical/medical procedures Delivery of evidence based practice Demonstrates patient focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team Good time management and computer skills. Venepuncture Recording of ECGs Able to cope under pressure Flexibility in hours to suit departmental needs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Outpatients team!


We are looking for a friendly, flexible and motivated Registered Staff Nurse to join our forward-thinking Outpatients Department at Spencer Private Hospitals in Margate.


Working closely with our fantastic Nursing Team and Consultants, you'll play a key role in supporting patients who access our consultant-led clinics, minor surgery, clinical procedures and pre-operative assessment services. Our department delivers high-quality care across a broad range of specialities including Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Dermatology and General Surgery.

About the Role

As a valued member of our Outpatients team, you will:

Provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to patients across multiple specialities. Support and assist clinicians in running outpatient clinics and minor surgical procedures. Work collaboratively within a large, multidisciplinary team to maintain smooth and efficient patient flow. Contribute to service improvements and act as a positive role model, upholding our CREATE values at all times.

Our department operates Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 8:30pm, and flexibility to work a variety of day shifts is essential.
