We are seeking a dynamic AWS Growth Manager to spearhead our outbound growth initiatives by building and managing an innovative AI agent system that integrates LinkedIn prospecting with advanced lead generation and personalized outreach campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent Development & Management
Design and implement an AI agent that seamlessly connects LinkedIn and Apify for automated lead scraping
Optimize data collection processes to ensure high-quality prospect identification
Maintain and enhance the AI system for scalability and efficiency
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Execute sophisticated lead scraping strategies using LinkedIn and Apify integration
Develop and refine targeting criteria to identify high-value prospects
Ensure compliance with platform terms of service and data privacy regulations
Create and maintain lead databases with proper segmentation
Personalized Outreach Systems
Build customized outreach campaigns for each client based on scraped lead data
Develop email marketing strategies using MailChimp and other marketing automation tools
Create personalized messaging frameworks that resonate with different prospect segments
Implement A/B testing for continuous campaign optimization
Client Engagement & Presentations
Conduct compelling demos and presentations showcasing our lead generation capabilities
Present ROI metrics and success stories to potential clients
Collaborate with sales team to convert prospects into customers
Provide ongoing client support and campaign optimization
Growth Strategy & Analytics
Develop and execute comprehensive outbound growth strategies
Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reporting
Identify new opportunities for lead generation and client acquisition
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
Required QualificationsTechnical Skills
Strong experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
Proficiency in LinkedIn automation tools and Apify platform
Advanced knowledge of MailChimp and email marketing automation
Experience with AI/ML tools and agent development
Understanding of web scraping technologies and APIs
Data analysis and visualization skills
Marketing & Sales Experience
3+ years in growth marketing, lead generation, or similar role
Proven track record in outbound marketing campaigns
Experience with B2B lead generation and prospecting
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Experience conducting client presentations and demos
