Live Happy is growing, and we are excited to be recruiting again! We are looking for a compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team working out of Warren Manor for our outreach service, supporting adults in the community to complete everyday tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement outreach programs tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with local organisations to enhance service delivery. Supervise and mentor staff involved in outreach activities. Manage project timelines and ensure effective communication among team members. Conduct assessments and evaluations of service users' needs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for service users. Maintain accurate records and documentation of outreach activities. Promote awareness of our services through community engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervising teams within a social care setting. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team development. Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to outreach services is preferred. Experience in fundraising initiatives is a plus. Proficient in social media management for community outreach purposes. Administrative skills to support program operations.

Pay: Up to 12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
