Build trusting relationships with children and young people through regular outreach visits and planned activities.
Provide one-to-one and group support, focusing on social skills, confidence-building, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Work in partnership with parents/carers to support family relationships and promote positive parenting strategies.
Liaise with schools, social workers, health professionals, and other agencies to coordinate support and ensure joined-up service delivery.
Assess children's needs using appropriate tools and contribute to the development and review of support plans.
Deliver or assist with community-based programs, play sessions, and educational activities.
Keep accurate records, complete assessments, and produce written reports for internal use and multi-agency meetings.
Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, reporting concerns in line with organizational and statutory child protection procedures.
Support children transitioning between services, schools, or placements.
Attend training, supervision, and team meetings as required.
