Overhead Crane Driver

With sustained business growth, Allelys Group is expanding its Heavy Storage & Warehouse team and is looking for an enthusiastic Overhead Crane Driver to join our experienced crew. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's top specialists in Heavy Lifting and Abnormal Load Transport.

This position involves operating overhead cranes to manage and manoeuvre large-scale equipment, while working closely with our Heavy Forklift Operators.

You will be responsible for:

Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position heavy industrial machinery and tools safely. Work in coordination with forklift operators to transport press tools and bulky items. Assist in identifying, organizing, and staging equipment for shipment. Perform stock checks and keep inventory records up to date. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Willingness to undertake training to qualify as a Heavy Forklift Driver.

You will have the following skills and experience:

Prior experience with overhead crane operation in a warehouse or industrial setting. Ability to multitask and a strong desire to expand your skill set. A hands-on, team-based attitude and willingness to support various tasks. Physically fit and capable of working in an active environment.
