Overnight Cleaning Operative - London W1G (Part-Time, 15-20 hrs per week)

LemonTree Group is hiring dedicated overnight Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Central London. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of multiple

hospitality

venues, ensuring each site meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who take pride in their work.

Role and Responsibilities:

Perform deep cleaning of customer areas, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing glass and mirrors. Sanitise bathrooms, ensuring they are fresh and hygienic. Maintain back-of-house corridors and ensure all areas meet high brand standards. Stock and replenish cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with COSHH regulations. Follow health and safety protocols and report any concerns promptly.

Shifts and Availability:

One position available for up to four shifts per week (15-20 hours total). Shift times: 11:30 p.m. - 4:30 a.m. Location: W1G

Requirements:

At least one year of commercial or hospitality cleaning experience. Ability to lift and move furniture as part of the role. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Physically fit to perform cleaning and manual handling tasks. Must live within a 1 hour commute of W1G , Oxford Circus, by bus Legal right to work in the UK.
