Lovett Care are seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Overseas Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, to support in the delivery of our overseas recruitment processes efficiently and compliantly, in line with the needs of the business. You will be responsible for supporting the Overseas Recruitment Lead with ensuring compliance when recruiting from overseas; acting as a central point of contact for all administration duties regarding overseas recruitment, ensuring that HR practices and procedures are followed and providing guidance whilst maintaining compliance and adhering to legislations and Home Office regulation. The role reports directly into the Overseas Recruitment Lead and is expected to work as part of the wider Recruitment Team, contributing to the effectiveness of of policies and procedures with efficiency. The Overseas Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the company is compliant and that practices remain up-to-date as legislation develops. The post holder will work closely with Home Managers to ensure compliance, supporting and assisting with audits of processes, information and personnel files. The role is a travelling role as you will be expected to travel across the portfolio of care homes, you will need a full driving license and use of your own car. We have a full time contract available with an excellent salary of 28,250 per annum, plus car allowance! Shift times are Monday to Friday 0900-1700 with flexibility. The locations of our homes are Chester, Greater Manchester, Lytham St Annes, Stockport, Merseyside, Nottingham, Leeds, North Wales and Carlisle.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:



Work closely with Regional and Home Managers and Home Administrators regarding the recruitment, onboarding and management of staff from overseas To be the central point of contact for all administration activities involving overseas recruitment Provide advice and guidance on overseas recruitment processes and procedures upholding quality and compliance standards at all time Liaise with the homes to shortlist applicants, set up interviews and feed back to unsuccessful applicants Communicate and feedback to applicants who are unsuccessful Prepare and issue offers of employment Prepare and apply for Certificates of Sponsorship in a timely manner utilising and providing all relevant information required Monitor applications for Certificates of Sponsorship ensuring efficient responses and assigning in the absence of the Overseas Recruitment Lead Update and maintain the HR system ensuring correct data entry and is maintained effectively Liaise with Company legal advisors at the direction of the Overseas Recruitment Lead or Commissioning Manager to ensure compliance and Home Office regulations Maintain Overseas staff documentation and monitor and action renewals within agreed company timescales Develop and produce management information as and when required Update recruitment spreadsheets Carrying out overseas staff file audits in all the Homes, monitoring and providing feedback as a result and carrying out any remedial work with the Homes Service Delivery Support and contribute to continuous improvement and efficiencies within the Recruitment Team

Compliance



Comply with legislation, Home Office guidance in relation to recruiting staff from Overseas Maintain information to a high standard to ensure compliance Supporting with audits of Overseas recruitment processes and information gathered to ensure compliance Service Development Ensuring up to date practice is in line with developing legislation Keep up to date of legislation development and ensuring compliance for the Company

Team Management and Leadership



Work as part of the Recruitment Team contributing to following effective and efficient processes and procedures Work closely with Managers to ensure their recruitment of overseas staff is compliant Build relationships with both internal & external key stakeholders

CPD



Take ownership of ensuring your own CPD is maintained and enhanced Ensure that CPD is maintained throughout the staffing group at the home.
