Own Brand Commercial Development Coordinator
supporting our
BOSS(TM) proposition at BSS
, you'll play a vital role in maintaining product and pricing data, supporting product sourcing initiatives, and helping drive growth through effective coordination and marketing of our own-brand products.
Hybrid working - 1 mandatory office day per week (Mondays).
In the first 3 months, there is an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week depending upon knowledge and experience.
The successful applicant will need to be able to drive, as there will be visits to suppliers/ meetings and to other sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily queries from branches and suppliers to support continuity of supply across BOSS products.
Maintain accurate product and pricing files, managing system updates, product status, and data integrity.
Support sourcing and resourcing projects across UK, European, and Far East suppliers -- leading on selected projects end-to-end.
Assist with new product launches, pricing strategy, supplier engagement, and project risk management.
Create and coordinate internal and external marketing content for new and existing products (social, POS, email, etc)
Ensure all own brand products are responsibly sourced, safe, and compliant, working with QA and category teams.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Sales & Operations, Marketing, Technical, QA, and Supply Chain.
Contribute to continuous improvement in our processes and range management

You'll also have:
Experience handling queries from suppliers, colleagues, or customers and resolving issues effectively.
Proven ability to manage and accurately maintain data sets across systems.
Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and confidence working in spreadsheets and data tools.
A self-starter approach with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.

Preferred but not essential:
Qualifications in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience in distribution, merchanting, or retail environments.
Understanding of product sourcing, pricing structures, range development and responsible sourcing principles.
Exposure to project management practices.
A full driving licence and passport (for occasional supplier visits).
