What You'll Do

As an Owners Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

Providing a warm and welcoming experience for all owners in the reception area. Building a sense of community by interacting with owners and attending social events on park. Managing social media content, emails, and ensuring clear communication with owners Assisting with event planning, coordination, and delivery for owners. Handling account queries, invoices, payments, and supporting managed subletting services. Reporting and resolving maintenance issues to ensure smooth owner experiences. Managing the handover journey - both pre and post handover for new owners. Hosting welcome meetings and supporting sales appointments when required. Ensuring the Owners Lounge and Sales Suite are maintained to high standards. Keeping owners informed about loyalty programs, passes, and insurance options.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for team members who:

Have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Are personable, approachable, and can quickly build rapport with owners. Possess exceptional communication skills and high energy. Are well-organised with great attention to detail. Are flexible and willing to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Maintain a high standard of personal presentation. Have previous customer-facing experience (desirable). Hold a full driving license (desirable).
