P2P Integration Coordinator

The main purpose of this role is to support successful financial integration of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes during the acquisition of new businesses across the Group. The role will act as a helpdesk to the clinics and BPO provider by being the escalation point for any concerns or questions either party may have.
The BPO will provide the majority of the ring-fenced integration resources to support P2P. The target is for newly acquired businesses to be serviced by the BPO provider integration team for 6-9 months (max) before moving into the business-as-usual team. Integration Coordinators will therefore need to work closely with the BPO provider to ensure the right level of service is provided to new businesses from day one of acquisition.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:Ensuring that the work is being completed on a timely basis, correctly and in accordance with agreed SLAs. This includes ensuring ledgers are fully reconciled ready for transfer into the BPO BAU team, as well as ensuring processes are operating effectively and in compliance to P2P policies.
Oversee application of best practices with the clinics. This includes ensuring that requirements from the clinics are tracked and completed, as well as that issues related to opening balances and onboardingrelated issues are resolved on a timely basis.
Collaborate with in-country integration teams, clinic managers, IVCE Finance team members and 3rd party outsourced service providers to ensure the smooth transition of financial processes and systems.
Drive improvements in the P2P process and represent in meetings. This will require a high level of confidence and enthusiasm to present the best outcome for the integration team.
Be responsible for training new team members in the SSC & BPO provider team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their work to a high level of service.
Experience/Qualifications:Accounts Payable process knowledge

Stakeholder engagement skills - experience in working with clinics & 3rd party
providersIntermediate IT skills required including proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft
