We are looking for an expert P2P Solutions Lead who can build a service that makes a significant impact on the quality, safety, and efficiency of services for patients, carers, and the public. To work cross functionally with the wider NHS SBS business on all transformation projects required and BPO solutions at an enterprise level. You will manage and own delivery of a portfolio of implementation projects, and have accountability for all projects and outputs being delivered to a high standard

This role will be predominately remote, but there will be an expectation to work within the Salford office once/twice monthly.

What you will be doing:

  • To support the key work streams to develop and implement best practice to deliver wider system thinking, behaviours and approaches.
  • Actively test out and generate opportunities and project leads for future work through the ongoing development of professional networks of contacts across the
  • NHS and Healthcare system.
  • Provide continuous and constructive feedback to the wider NHS SBS Business to improve our P2P solutioning and service design.
  • Deliver effective transformation activities, strategic and complex change projects based on the needs of our business.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders from across the NHS SBS business to help define the common NHS SBS vision.
  • Establish core aims and objectives and embed understanding across programme teams.
  • To support the Integrated Care Systems work streams to develop and implement approaches that embody best practice.
  • Support national best practice models, such as: PTOM, CCIAF and FFF.
What you will bring:
  • In-depth knowledge of P2P operations, preferably within a shared service environment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare system and local government landscape.
  • Ability to develop rapid credibility with, and secure client confidence through effective interpersonal skills and subject knowledge.
  • Implementing P2P processes across Finance, HR and Employment Services.
  • Extensive knowledge of procurement / commercial within the public sector and healthcare in particular.
  • Experience at leading commercial projects seeking to deliver enhanced functional performance.
  • Sound understanding of good corporate governance.
  • Be able to articulate problems to wider stakeholder group for participation and buy-in.
  • Comprehensive experience of chairing complex professional meetings at a very senior level in a collaborative, efficient and effective manner.Significant experience of working with different sectors, groups, networks and building teams to deliver major transformation of public service.

Location: UK wide - but travel twice a month to the Salford office

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa378,000 - Depending upon experience and development needs
Benefits: MIP Bonus, \xc2\xa36,600 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical (couple), 4 x death in service, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund 3% (can be taken as a cash option).
