Full-time, Office-based position with no remote days (except Friday afternoons)
We are seeking an exceptionally capable Executive PA / Office Manager to provide seamless support to a highly respected leadership team and oversee the day-to-day running of a high-functioning office environment. You will play a central role in maintaining operational excellence across the firm's London base, which includes client-facing spaces, an internal gym, and private residential quarters.
Office & Facilities Management:
Oversee all aspects of a multi-use property, including meeting rooms, communal spaces, gym, and a self-contained tenant office.
Manage stock, supplies, catering coordination, and daily housekeeping oversight.
Serve as the main contact for repairs, contractors, and building service providers.
Executive & Team Support
Act as a trusted EA to the partners, managing complex diaries, international travel, and expenses.
Front-of-house duties, including welcoming guests and preparing meeting spaces.
Provide administrative and operational support across the wider team.
Coordinate internal events, offsites, and team socials.
Liaison & Vendor Management
Maintain relationships with key suppliers including accountants, legal advisers, IT support, and building contractors.
Act as point of contact for the tenant office, ensuring smooth communication and property support.
The ideal PA and Office Manager:
Significant experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Management role, ideally in a fast-paced professional environment.
Impeccable organisational and communication skills, with a natural ability to multi-task.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with exceptional discretion and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and managing both operational and administrative demands.
