We are recruiting on behalf of a cyber security business who are seeking a PA & Marketing Support Administrator to join their team.
This role provides day-to-day support to both the Marketing function and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). It is a 50/50 split between general marketing support tasks and straightforward administrative support for the leadership team.
The focus is on helping things run smoothly--keeping diaries organised, preparing simple materials, assisting with travel arrangements, and supporting routine marketing activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CMO and a small number of ELT members, helping them stay organised and prepared. The role is remote (UK) but requires travel to London approximately twice per month for leadership and board meetings, plus occasional attendance at UK industry events.
Areas of support will include: Diary & Meeting Support, Board & Meeting Pack Support, Travel & Expense Support, General Administration, Marketing Materials & Basic Design Support, Email Campaigns & Reporting, Prospecting Database & GDPR Awareness, Social Media & Channel Support, Event Support, Marketing Tools Administration.
