to support the Director of Social Care Skills and DS Wellbeing & Development Network. This is a varied and rewarding role that blends PA responsibilities with admin, finance, and event support, all within the context of social care and social sciences training.
What you'll do:
Manage emails, calendars, and calls for the Director.
Register course participants, prepare certificates, and support trainers.
Host online seminars (Teams/Zoom) and provide live event support.
Maintain bookkeeping records, chase payments, and prepare simple financial reports.
Keep digital files, policies, and provider records organised and inspection-ready.
Monitor deadlines and provide operational/HR support for trainers and contracts.

Requirements
Strong admin, organisational, and finance skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Teams and bookkeeping software.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
