About the team:



Fremantle International is the global distribution division of Fremantle, one of the leading creators, producers and distributors of television entertainment brands in the world.

The division is responsible for global sales across Linear Television, Digital and Home Entertainment platforms of finished content, format sales in non-production territories as well as acquiring and developing new programmes for the international market. In addition to the world-class Fremantle production families around the globe, International works with the highest calibre of creative talent, producers, channels, licensees and studios to create, finance and distribute the best content in the business.

Here you'll get to:



Manage the complex, fast paced and ever-changing diaries for the SVP Scripted Content and the VP of Business Development Manage the inbox of the SVP of Acquisitions, highlighting urgent business matters and deleting spam emails International travel management, including the pricing and booking of tickets, visas and accommodation, and the preparation of all itineraries Meet and greet internal and external clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones Support the SVP and VP of Business Development with ad hoc project work including producing PowerPoint and excel summaries as required Support with conference events such as client screenings, pitch meetings, sales conferences A key department liaison to support on all IT and operations type requests When required, compile an agenda in advance of meetings and take minutes to be circulated to key stakeholders Provide light-touch support for VP, Scripted Acquisitions e.g., expenses, travel, and light diary support Provide support for travel arrangements for other executives in the Acquisitions team as required Provide PA cover for other senior executives within the International department as required Ad hoc tasks and other general administration duties in particular expenses, purchase orders, invoicing, updating contact lists, filing for the team and printing documents

We're looking for:

Demonstrable PA experience in a busy organisation Proactive and positive can-do attitude Excellent organisational and time-management skills Experience of managing confidential information Strong problem-solving skills and accuracy and administration; be highly self-motivated Experience of working under pressure, multi-tasking and using one's own initiative Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines Resilient and proactive mind-set with a flexible approach to daily workload Ability to work independently Excellent attention to detail Professional presentation and demeanour with strong written and verbal communication skills This role demands a flexible approach and team player attitude Excellent Mac, Apple related software, M/S Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Diplomatically and culturally sensitive * Experience working in a media organisation is preferred
