Key Responsibilities
 PA Support to CEO, SLT, and Board 
 Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management for the CEO, anticipating scheduling needs and managing priorities 
 Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking 
 Arrange UK-based travel and accommodation for the CEO and SLT as required 
 Prepare and distribute Board papers, leadership documents, and communications with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality 
 Act as a professional point of contact between the CEO/SLT/Board and internal or external stakeholders 
 Provide general administrative support to SLT members on an ad hoc basis 
 HR Administrative Support 
 Maintain accurate employee records within the HR system, ensuring compliance and up-to-date information 
 Draft and issue HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, amendments, and formal correspondence 
 Support recruitment administration such as interview coordination, onboarding processes, and security clearance checks 
 Assist in the tracking and administration of training, absence, and performance reviews 
 Ensure all HR data and documents are managed in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements 
Skills & Experience 
Essential: 
 Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders or Board-level stakeholders 
 Familiarity with HR administrative processes and working collaboratively within an HR team 
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, and data management) 
 Competent in Microsoft Word, including use of mail merge and document formatting 
 Excellent organisation, multitasking, and time management skills 
 Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Desirable: 
 CIPD Level 3 (completed or in progress) 
 Experience in a dual-function role combining PA and HR support responsibilities
