About the Role




As the Personal Assistant to our Design & Development Director, you will become a trusted partner, managing a busy diary, co-ordinating meetings and keeping the Director fully prepared and in the right place at the right time. You will be involved in everything from travel management and minute-taking to juggling both professional and personal commitments to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.


No two days will be the same and you will be at the heart of ensuring the Director's time is used as efficiently as possible.

What you will be doing



Managing a demanding diary and co-ordinating internal and external meetings Preparing agendas, attending meetings and writing clear, actionable minutes Ensuring professional and personal diaries are aligned, avoiding any scheduling conflicts Booking travel, accommodation and logistical arrangements Acting as a key point of contact for the Director and wider teams Preparing documents, following up on actions and keeping projects moving Providing occasional personal support and handling sensitive information with discretion Carrying out additional administrative tasks that help keep the Director operating at their best

What we are looking for



Previous experience supporting a Director or Senior Leader - ideally in a fast-paced environment A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels Someone who's proactive, dependable and always thinking ahead Strong MS Office and digital skills Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
