This is a pivotal role at the heart of our leadership team, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and brings a positive, forward-thinking approach to everything they do. The post holder will provide PA support to the Corporate Services Director (CSD) and the Director of Nursing Services (DNS), providing diary management and scheduling support for both Directors. This post acts as the main point of contact for both Directors, requiring a professional and courteous manner at all times.
The role has responsibility for organisation and preparation of regular monthly meetings. There are a number of key monthly deadlines for the distribution of documentation. The role includes minute taking for clinical meetings and Board Meetings, with some taking place in the evening. The post-holder must be a positive, solution focused individual, who has an understanding of the charitable ethos.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal along with exceptional organisation and prioritisation Skills. Educated to a level 3 qualification or equivalent experience. Previous experience as a P.A or an equivalent administrative role would be vital to the successful undertaking of this role.
