Mid-weight Packaging & Brand Designer - Join a Celebrity-Led Beauty Brand!


Location: St Albans (Office-based, Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm)

Are you a creative powerhouse with an eye for detail and a love for beauty branding? We're a fast-growing hair and skincare brand, headed up by a household-name celebrity and stocked in major retailers across the UK. We're on the hunt for a Mid-Weight Brand Designer who's ready to roll up their sleeves and bring bold, beautiful ideas to life across packaging, social media, and high-impact brand moments.


This isn't your average design job - you'll be working across everything from luxury product packaging to scroll-stopping social media content to stylish PR events. Sound like your dream role? Keep reading!

What You'll Be Doing (Breakdown):

Product & Packaging Design:

From art working labels and tubs to creating packaging for accessories and beauty tools, you'll take designs from concept to print-ready with serious polish.

Social Media Design:

Craft vibrant, on-brand visuals for Instagram posts, reels, and stories that make our community stop and stare.

Event, PR & Presentation Design:

Support our team with gorgeous visuals for events, gifting suites, press kits, business development decks and internal presentations.

You'll also be:

Collaborating across departments during product development Helping prep for photoshoots and brand events Managing artwork sign-off processes (we'll show you the ropes!)

About You:

Experience in a design role, ideally within beauty, lifestyle or fashion A strong, stylish portfolio full of clean, impactful design across packaging, digital and print Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Comfortable juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines Highly organised and detail-oriented (you spot the rogue pixel!) A self-starter with a can-do, hands-on attitude - no job too big or small!

Bonus points if you have:

Photography and/or video editing skills Experience using digital marketing tools or email platforms
