Our Packaging Designer




You'll create high-performing,creative packaging for our branded products--crafted on our estate and with expert external partners. From first spark to final shelf,you'll own projects,build prototypes,ensure compliance,elevate sustainability,and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver packaging that's as functional as it is gorgeous. Working closely with marketing on brand look and feel,and with product development on commercial goals,you'll turn ideas into packaging that delights customers and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities



Develop packaging concepts from ideation to final production across primary,secondary,and promotional formats. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and consistently convey identity and positioning. Apply expertise in materials,finishes,and applications for quality,durability,and visual appeal. Collaborate with suppliers on development,sampling,and production to meet specifications and standards. Produce prototypes and mock-ups to test functionality,usability,and aesthetics. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining creative excellence. Partner with marketing and product development to align packaging with commercial objectives. Track industry trends and sustainability innovations to inform strategy.

What we're looking for



Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. Passion for luxury food and gifting markets and how this translates into packaging. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

; strong artwork skills and production-ready file prep. In-depth knowledge of print production,colour management,and finishing techniques. Strong communication skills; able to present and articulate concepts to internal teams and suppliers. Significant experience in packaging design (ideally food & beverage) and hands-on prototyping. (Desired)*
Familiarity with sustainability,materials,and manufacturing processes. (Desired)*
Degree in

Graphic Design

or

Packaging Design

;

Industrial Design

or related field considered. (Desired)*
