We're looking for a Packaging Technician to support exciting new product launches, help improve existing packaging, and play a key role in making our products more sustainable. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, one day you will be running trials on the production line, the next you will be working with suppliers on innovative new materials.

Role Responsibilities:

Helping to develop and test packaging for new and existing products. Running line and transit trials to make sure packaging works in the real world. Creating and maintaining packaging specifications, samples, and quality checks. Supporting our sustainability journey, from recyclability checks to exploring new materials. Making sure all packaging meets customer and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A keen eye for detail and a practical, hands-on approach. Someone who enjoys both shop-floor activity and office-based tasks. Great communication skills, you'll be working with lots of different people. An interest in packaging materials and how they impact the environment. Organised, curious, and motivated to learn.

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or quality control is a bonus, but not essential, as we'll support you with training. A qualification in Packaging, Engineering, or a related subject would be great, but not required. Above all, we're looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
