Overview

We are seeking dedicated Packers to join our production team working a continental shift pattern 4 on 4 off (07:00 - 19:00 & 19:00 - 07:00). The successful candidates will be responsible for efficiently preparing goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

Carefully select and pack items according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively, adhering to health and safety regulations Assist with loading and unloading lorries, ensuring items are handled with care during movement Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately Conduct quality control checks on packed goods to meet company standards before dispatch Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing documentation and coordinating with logistics providers

Requirements

Proven experience in warehousing, picking & packing, or related roles is preferred Knowledge of materials handling equipment Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control tasks Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the warehouse setting
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.40 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
