The Role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Order Fulfilment Assistant. The role involves picking, packing, and shipping customer orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation and accuracy.

For most shifts, you will be responsible for printing and picking orders for our live presenters, ensuring orders are prepared quickly and accurately during live sales sessions. You may also be asked to assist with creating and appearing in social media content from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

Printing, picking, and packing customer orders neatly and accurately Preparing and dispatching orders for live presenters during live sales Working at a fast pace to meet order demands Assisting with general warehouse duties Occasionally lifting heavy items Being on your feet for most of the shift Working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations Taking part in social media content creation when required
Requirements

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Confident and comfortable appearing on social media (preferred but not essential)
Working Hours

Shift patterns may vary, but typically:

Monday:

5:00pm - 9:00pm

Tuesday:

4:00pm - 7:00pm

Wednesday:

Off

Thursday:

3:00pm - 7:00pm

Friday:

Off

Saturday:

Off

Sunday:

Off
