Packing Supervisor

to join our growing team. We manufacture and distribute high-quality pet treats across the UK and beyond, and we're committed to delivering excellence in every box.

What You'll Be Doing

As Packing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of packers on the shop floor to ensure that products are packed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Packing Manager and other departments, you'll play a vital role in making sure orders are fulfilled on time and dispatched correctly every day.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily packing operations, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. Supervise, motivate, and support your packing team throughout the shift. Monitor packing line performance and quickly resolve any issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures. Support training and onboarding of new team members. Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order dispatch. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Conduct regular checks on packing materials and report shortages or issues to the Packing Manager.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or manufacturing supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Good understanding of packing processes and quality control standards. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a production setting.
