Packing Team Leader - 40 hours

As a Packing Team Leader your role is to pack food products to defined safety, legal and quality standards with maximum efficiency and minimum waste.

The rate of pay is

13.38 per hour, 535 per week, 27,830 per year

plus opportunities for over time,

paid weekly.

Duties:

Assisting the Senior Team Leader in achieving the production plan and efficiency (keep spiral running) Report all issues, with lines and machines, to Senior Team Leader and Engineers Ensuring that all legal requirements labelling and coding are met. Ensuring factory and personnel hygiene standards are always maintained. Maintaining traceability for all in-process and finished products. To report serious food safety or quality issues immediately to the STL-JTL-Packing Manager Helping on lines, when needed, and making sure employees are following all the correct procedures.

Key Result Areas

All products are packed on time, at the correct temperature in the correct packaging. All paperwork is completed correctly, on time and to company standards. Barcode reader running and any issues reported to STL-JTL-Packing Manager Hygiene and safety standards are always met. Complete all CCP's and countersign paperwork. Complete start up checks at the start of the shift.
