We are recruiting Packing Team Leaders on a 4on 4off, days, shift pattern

Areas of Responsibility:

Maintaining Food safety and quality standards Co-ordinating Production activities for your area of responsibility Meeting production targets and achieving the production plan Lead, motivate and develop your team

Additional information

Working with raw meat (Dependent on area) Working in a cold environment

Experience

Previous experience of running a production line and related equipment Understanding of CCP requirements Proven track record of leading a team Previous compliance with SOP's Previous experience of achieving production targets Food Manufacturing experience preferred
Full training provided.
