Packer/Production Operator

to become an essential part of the production team. This role involves operating machinery, packing finished product as well as other duties to meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Load raw materials into machines as per production requirements Monitor processes to ensure consistency and quality Carry out regular quality checks and record findings Report any machine issues or irregularities to the supervisor Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organised Adhere strictly to health & safety procedures Assist other departments and support team members when needed Help with stock handling and material movement as required

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in manufacturing (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and within a team Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role Punctual, reliable, and motivated to learn
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

These shifts are ROTATING, meaning you have to be able to work 6am-2pm AND 2pm-10pm, this is not one set shift, if you cannot work both shifts please DO NOT apply.
