Padel Northumberland Ltd is an exciting new padel facility based in the historic market town of Alnwick, Northumberland. The Role

We're seeking a dynamic

Padel Coach & General Manager

who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a start-up environment. This dual role combines hands-on coaching with operational and strategic responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and the chance to directly influence our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Community Building:

Deliver engaging padel lessons for all levels, from complete beginners to competitive players Create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment that encourages participation and player development Build strong relationships within our padel community and foster a social, friendly atmosphere

Operational & Business Development:

Assist with marketing initiatives to raise awareness and attract new members Develop and implement player retention strategies to build a loyal customer base Support club growth and expansion plans as we develop our brand across Northumberland Contribute to the day-to-day management and operations of the facility
What We're Looking ForEssential:

LTA or equivalent padel coaching qualification (or strong tennis coaching background with padel experience) Energetic, approachable, and genuinely community-minded Natural ability to inspire players and make padel accessible, enjoyable, and social for everyone Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mentality
Preferred:

Sports Management and/or Business Management degree Experience in club operations, membership management, or sports facility management Understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies

28,000.00

- 35,000.00 (Depending on
