The Role



We are seeking an experienced

Paediatric ADHD Assessor & Titration Specialist

to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive ADHD assessments, delivering accurate diagnoses, and managing medication titration and review for paediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct detailed ADHD assessments for children and young people using validated diagnostic tools and structured clinical interviews. Formulate evidence-based diagnostic reports and communicate findings clearly to families. Initiate and manage ADHD medication titration, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred prescribing. Provide psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers regarding ADHD management. Work collaboratively with clinicians, schools, and families to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation in line with regulatory and service standards.

Requirements



Qualified healthcare professional (e.g. Registered Mental Health Nurse, Registered Nurse, Nurse Prescriber, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or Allied Health Professional). Proven experience in paediatric ADHD assessment and titration. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and report-writing skills. Up-to-date knowledge of ADHD diagnostic criteria and NICE guidelines. A caring, professional, and family-focused approach to care delivery.

Desirable



Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (V300). Experience working in a private clinic or CAMHS environment. Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Conners, SNAP-IV, QBTest, or DIVA-5.
