Main duties of the job
As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, clinical care to children with complex needs in their homes. Your duties will include tracheostomy management, airway management, PEG feeding, seizure and dystonia management, medication administration, personal care, and supporting social and recreational engagement. The role requires experience in complex care, confidence in medication administration, and strong communication skills to work effectively with families.
