Paediatric Neurophysiotherapist

Glasgow, SCT, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About the Role

Are you a paediatric physiotherapist feeling stuck in the NHS cycle of long waiting lists, rushed appointments and pressure to discharge children before they've had the chance to reach their potential?

At Simpson Physiotherapy, things look very different.

We're an independent neuro-physio service providing home-based and clinic-based rehabilitation across Greater Glasgow -- and we're now expanding our paediatric team. This role gives you the time, support and freedom to deliver the kind of therapy you trained to do: child?centred, family?focused, creative and genuinely impactful.

You'll work with children and young people with a wide range of neurological presentations -- from cerebral palsy and developmental delay to acquired brain injury and complex movement disorders. You'll have the space to build strong therapeutic relationships, collaborate closely with families, and celebrate meaningful progress over time.

If you're passionate about helping children grow, learn, move and thrive, you'll feel right at home here.

About Us

At Simpson Physiotherapy Ltd, we help people with neurological conditions reclaim confidence, independence and quality of life -- and that includes the children and families who trust us with their care.

Our paediatric service is built on compassion, creativity and evidence?based practice. Whether it's supporting a child to take their first independent steps, helping a young person develop functional movement skills, or empowering parents with the tools they need day?to?day, we're committed to making therapy meaningful.

Families welcome us into their homes, their routines and often their lives. We don't take that lightly. This is physiotherapy at its best: personalised, relationship?driven and deeply rewarding.

And because this is Glasgow, you can expect plenty of warmth, humour and good chat along the way.
