The Role: Specialist Occupational Therapist (Band 6 and Above)

This role will be adapted for the right candidate based on their experience with roles and responsibilities given accordingly. With structured support, supervision, and training, we'll help you build the skills you need to thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Caseload Management:

Leading with a small caseload in collaboration with school staff, families, and external professionals.

Specialist Therapy Delivery:

Provide high-quality

assessments, interventions, and training

tailored to children's needs.

Career Development & CPD:

Benefit from protected CPD time, peer support, and supervision from experienced OTs.

Supporting less experienced OTs

in the team.

Who We're Looking For:

?

Degree in Occupational Therapy

?

HCPC Registered (or pending registration)

?

Passionate About Paediatrics

- Prior experience in schools and working with children desirable.

?

Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills

Salary:

Dependent on experience, aligned with

Agenda for Change (AFC) terms

. Full employment pay and conditions provided.

Pay: 35,964.00-60,981.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
