The Role: Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (role to be adapted to

suit

the right candidate). We are currently

looking

to increase the team around the Mansfield area.

(including SLTs, OTs, and support staff), you'll be at the forefront of service development and high-quality therapy provision.

Your Key Responsibilities:



Service Leadership & Supervision:

Adapted and guided by banding and specialism.

Innovative Therapy Delivery and Assessment:

Introduce creative approaches tailored to evolving school and family needs.

Collaborative Working:

Partner with teachers, families, and professionals to ensure holistic support for children.

Qualified SLT

(Degree in Speech and Language Therapy)

?

HCPC & RCSLT Registered



?

Passionate About Neurodevelopment

- Interest or experience in assessments is a plus.

?

Strong Communicator & Innovator

- Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Full UK Driving Licence

- To support travel between settings.

Dependent on experience, aligned with

Agenda for Change (AFC) terms

. Full employment pay and conditions provided.
