This Position reports to: Head of Sales
ABB's Energy Industries business is seeking a commercially minded leader to manage a high-performing team of Account and Market Managers. The role combines line management responsibilities with strategic account and market development, supporting ABB's delivery of innovative solutions across Automation, Electrical, Telecommunications, and Digital sectors.
Key duties include staffing and guiding market strategies, leading account development initiatives, and producing high-quality market analysis and customer insights. The role requires strong collaboration with sales, technical, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless support for both existing and future customers.

As an ABB line manager, you are responsible for ensuring your team operates safely, ethically, and is actively engaged in market and customer initiatives.
