Role Summary:
The Account Manager is the owner of performance across a portfolio of accounts. You'll manage client relationships day-to-day, drive campaign optimisations, and play a key role in developing testing plans and improvement strategies in collaboration with the Paid Media Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the daily management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other social platforms where required.
Monitor pacing and performance against client targets (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports with meaningful insights
Support the creation and implementation of testing roadmaps and Account Development Plans
Manage budgets and ensure accurate spend forecasting
Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, responding to tactical requests and providing campaign updates
Brief Account Executives and review their outputs to ensure quality
Work with the Paid Media Lead and SAMs on strategic initiatives
Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice sharing
