We are seeking an experienced and results driven

Paid Media Executive / Performance Marketing Executive

with a strong focus on lead generation and maximising ROI.


This is a vital role within the digital marketing team here at Radius. Alongside the team, you'll be involved in developing and executing our paid search & paid social strategy, leveraging both internal paid teams and an external performance marketing agency.


You'll be responsible for executing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple channels and global markets, ensuring that our advertising investment contributes to achieving our business goals.


This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in driving high-quality leads and improving conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Strategy and Planning:

+ Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that focus on generating high-quality leads and achieving a strong ROI.
+ Identify and target key audience segments to maximise our campaign efficiencies and effectiveness.
+ Manage our budget allocation across various platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Meta and more.

Lead Generation:

+ Design and execute lead generation campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.
+ Work closely with our CRO & UX teams to optimise landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead.
+ Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure seamless lead handoff through every stage of the lead funnel.

Campaign Management:

+ Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.
+ Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continually improve campaign performance.
+ Use analytics tools to track, report, and analyse the effectiveness of paid media campaigns against lead generation goals.

ROI Optimisation:

+ Continuously optimise campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics such as cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
+ Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of ad spend, ensuring that spend investment contributes to business growth.

Collaboration and Reporting:

+ Collaborate with content, SEO, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
+ Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
+ Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.

Qualifications



Experience

: 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record in lead generation and ROI optimization.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, MS Ad. Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software.

Analytical Mindset

: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Budget Management

: Experience managing substantial media budgets with a focus on achieving optimal ROI.

Creative Thinking

: Ability to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.

Collaboration

: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
