Minerva Design is a bespoke handmade kitchen company who specialise in designing, crafting and fitting bespoke kitchens and interiors in the homes within the West Midlands. Our main showroom and workshops are based in Herefordshire. We are a growing company and are seeking a new member of the team to join our marketing department.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, social media management, and PPC campaign management. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective paid marketing campaigns across various paid digital platforms. Manage Google Ads, Meta Advertising and other platform campaigns to optimise performance and achieve targeted results. Conduct media buying to maximise reach and impact of advertising efforts. Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and DoubleClick to inform future strategies. Utilise Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting on website performance metrics. Collaborate with the team to enhance SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility including the website Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Support Commercial Manager in general marketing and ongoing projects

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, PPC Campaign Management, and social media platforms. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, DoubleClick, and Google Tag Manager. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making. A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential for candidates with relevant experience.
