We're a UK-based interiors brand looking for an experienced
Paid Media freelancer
to take over the management of our
Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts
.
We have a strong ROAS (7 historically), and we're looking for someone to
maintain and improve this performance
, taking full ownership of both
strategy and execution
. This includes
campaign management, ad creative, and reporting
.
You'll be working directly with the founder and our small in-house team to help grow online sales and trade enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise Google Search and Shopping campaigns
Build and manage Meta Ads (retargeting, lookalikes, testing creatives)
Create and test ad copy + visuals (Canva is fine - we also have brand assets)
Monitor and improve ROAS with a focus on data and outcomes
Prepare simple monthly performance reports
Suggest landing page improvements if relevant
What We're Looking For:
3+ years managing Meta & Google Ads for eCommerce brands
Strong grasp of audience targeting, funnel stages, and A/B testing
Confident producing and adapting creative for ads (we can support with assets)
Familiar with Shopify and Klaviyo (or willing to learn)
Based in the UK or Europe for time zone alignment
Clear communication, no jargon - we want transparency and collaboration
