Paid Media Lead




Location: Remote (UK travel for clinic visits, monthly team meetings, and supplier meetings)




Care Fertility, the UK's most trusted fertility specialists, is looking for a Paid Media Lead to own and drive our paid advertising strategy. You'll manage a 1m+ annual budget across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, optimising campaigns to deliver exceptional ROI and lead generation.




What you'll do:




Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with growth objectives


Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms


Own landing pages and CRO for paid campaigns


Analyse performance and provide actionable insights


Explore new channels like TikTok and WhatsApp




What we're looking for:




3+ years' experience in paid media management


Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and Tag Manager


Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large budgets


Excellent communication and project management skills


Healthcare or lead generation experience is a plus




Location & Benefits:




Remote role with some UK travel


Salary up to 45,000 depending on experience
